Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The size does not fit as expected
  • You received a different item than what you ordered

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, hosiery, swimwear
  • Accessories (jewelry, handbags, belts, etc.)
  • Sale/clearance items (unless damaged/defective)
  • Customized or altered products
  • Items without original tags or packaging

This is done to ensure hygiene and product safety.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@[yourbrand].com or via our website chat
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and share pickup or shipping instructions

Pickup Availability

Pickup is available in select pin codes.
If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Color or style change (if available)

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund (as per policy).


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method (5–7 working days)
  • COD Orders: Refund as store credit or bank transfer (as applicable)
  • Self-Shipped Returns: Reimbursement for courier charges may be provided (up to a limit) if approved

Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing photos or videos as proof
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund immediately after verification

7. Important Notes

  • Return requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup stains, or wash will be rejected
  • Repeated return attempts may lead to restrictions on future orders
  • Returns from remote locations may take longer than usual
